WINTER CURE “peel your own” Vege Soup

Saute in slow cooker …
(red) onion
garlic, leek
[turmeric
[red chili – cayenne pepper
[oregano / thyme
[OR turbo spice mix GCCT – ginger, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, turmeric]

pumpkin +/or carrots, kumara

chicken (stock) – optional
FREEZER TUB – with drained cooked vege ‘water’, stalks of broccoli/ spinach etc

can tomatoes
can cannelini (white) beans
S+P

In Crockpot 6 hours.
Whizz/barmix to break down veges – does not need to be smooth.
Store in fridge for a week – could freeze a pottle for another week.
